1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PSZone ("we," "us," or "our") at pszone.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers who access or use our platform.
2. Our Services
PSZone is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of pre-owned PlayStation (PS3, PS4, PS5) video games and accessories in India. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use PSZone, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- Be a resident of India
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting orders
- Have a valid phone number and, if applicable, a UPI ID or bank account for payments
4. Buying Games
All games listed on PSZone are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We inspect and verify all games before listing them.
- Condition Grading: Games are graded as "Like New," "Good," or "Fair" based on disc condition and included accessories.
- Verification: Every game is tested on a console before listing to ensure it is fully functional.
- Shipping: We ship across India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery.
5. Selling Games
When you submit a sell request on PSZone:
- The quoted price is an estimate based on the game title, platform, and condition you provide.
- The final payment amount may differ from the quote after physical inspection of the item.
- We reserve the right to reject items that do not match the stated condition or are counterfeit.
- By submitting a sell request, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item and it is free of any encumbrance.
- Payment is made via UPI or bank transfer within 24 hours of item inspection and acceptance.
6. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices for buy and sell are dynamic and may change at any time without notice.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash-on-pickup for sell orders.
- For purchases, payment is collected at the time of order placement.
- PSZone is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Buyers may return a purchased game within 7 days of delivery if it is defective or significantly not as described.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Seller payments, once made, are non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PSZone to:
- Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained games
- Provide false information about item condition
- Attempt to defraud PSZone or other users
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with our platform
- Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations
Violation of these rules may result in permanent banning from our platform and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
PSZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
